Taxi Bookings For Major Chester Events
Please be advised that you need to call or send us an email before making any booking through our booking system during the Christmas and New Year period and for all Chester Races or any other major event in and around Chester.
This is due to the high demand during these periods. We’ll try to accommodate as many bookings as we possibly can, any booking made via our website or our apps will be reviewed first and may be rejected even if you receive a booking confirmation.
Out-of-town & airport pickups will receive a secure payment link as all out-of-town pickups must be paid in advance.
Airport Transfer Bookings
Please provide your landing date and time and NOT your boarding date and time.
For airport arrivals, we recommend booking your taxi to arrive around 30 minutes after you’re due to land. This is to avoid waiting time charges and to allow you time to collect your bags and make your way through the terminal.
For bookings between midnight and 9AM please call 01244 421024.
General Delays
The company does not accept liabilities for any delays caused by rerouted journeys beyond our control, i.e. those caused by accidents, diversions, roadworks, heavy traffic or the weather.
We allow 5 minutes*¹ for customers to appear at the pickup point.
*¹ (except for airport arrivals we allow 30 minutes from the booking time, otherwise we will be adding an additional waiting time charge and car parking charge were appropriate)
If the customer does not appear at the requested pickup time or within 5 minutes (the allowance time) at the designated pickup point, all money paid will be non-refundable.
Payment Options
Payment can be made by cash on board our taxis, credit or debit card online or on board most of our taxis (on request-subject to availability)
All bookings made via our apps or website are subject to a handling fee.
Cancellations
Any cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched to your pickup location are non-refundable.
