Manchester Airport drop off areas are located outside terminal buildings on departure levels and there are different pick up parking options depending on the terminal.

Manchester Airport Drop Off Areas

New drop off charges are expected to come into force this July.

£3 for 5 minutes
£4 for 10 minutes

 

Terminal 1 Drop Off

  • Leave the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminal 1.
  • You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by the Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
  • Take the ramp to the left and enter the car park under the ‘Drop Off’ sign on the left-hand side.

 

Terminal 2 Drop Off

  • Leave the M56 at Junction 5, stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Terminal 2
  • At the roundabout take the exit signposted ‘T2′

 

Terminal 3 Drop Off

  • Follow the signposts for Terminals 1 and 3. You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
  • Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout.
  • At the next (mini) roundabout, take the third exit. Continue until you reach a second mini roundabout.
  • At the roundabout take the second exit, the ‘Drop Off’ area is located in front of the terminal straight ahead.

 

Manchester Airport Pick Up Areas

Highly recommended to use the multi storey car parks, unless you know that your pick up has landed and is already outside.

 

Terminal 1 Pick Up

  • Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and follow the signposts for Terminals 1 and 3.
  • Go straight ahead at the set of traffic lights, you will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
  • At the roundabout, take the fifth exit and follow signs for T1 Arrivals Car Park.

 

Terminal 2 Pick Up

  • Leave the M56 at Junction 5, stay in the left-hand lane following signs for Terminal 2
  • At the roundabout take the exit signposted ‘T2′
  • Follow Palma Ave to Multi Story

 

Terminal 3 Pick Up

  • Exit the M56 at Junction 5.
  • Follow the signposts for Terminals 1 and 3. You will see the Hilton Hotel, followed quickly by Clayton Hotel, on your left-hand side.
  • Shortly afterwards you will reach a roundabout. Take the first exit at this roundabout.
  • At the next (mini) roundabout, take the third exit. Continue until you reach a second mini roundabout.
  • At the roundabout take the second exit, the T3 arrivals car park entrance is located on your right-hand side as you approach the terminal.
