We used Chester Taxi Service on Saturday for a friends hen night. 8 of us, all dressed up in fancy dress for the occasion were really impressed by the service provided. The taxi was clean (many of the girls commented on this!), turned up on time and the price was very competitive. Remon couldn’t have been more helpful, dropping us off literally outside where we wanted to start the night and even kindly offering to talk me through directions to our other places during the evening! Not being local and really not knowing Chester very well this advice was VERY gratefully received!
Some of the girls were from all over the UK and at the time of booking we weren’t sure if we’d need a return journey – this was no issue at all to Chester Taxi’s! We were told to phone if we needed one and promised that we’d be looked after should we need a lift back home.
I’m a bit of a nervous passenger (especially with some taxi drivers!!!) but felt very safe during my journey.
All in all I was very impressed and the Bride to Be has specially asked for this companies phone number for future nights out! Thank you!
